Aerial Photography That Meets Your Needs
Flying Dutchman Photography was started in 2017 after a hobby turned into a business. Having been a photographer for over a decade, I recently added drones to my inventory to capture pictures and video from the ground and air. Drones provide dramatic views from the air, that will showcase your venue and the surrounding area. I am FAA and North Carolina certified as a small unmanned aerial vehicle operator. I am also insured. This means that I have passed the required testing needed for commercial drone use, and have the professional skills needed for whatever services you may need. We have conducted aerial videos and still pictures of weddings, real estate and motor vehicle crash investigations, as well as other venues. How we got our name: Our owner has always had a fondness for the ocean, aircraft and nautical history. So, when he opened for business, he combined that fondness into the name. Living at the beach, which was once a stopping point for some world famous pirates, and the inclusion of drones for photography, Flying Dutchman Aerial Photography was born. Since we now do ground and aerial photography, the name has been modified and aerial was removed. On April 19, 2018, we conducted a presentation for the NC DOT UAS Drone Workshop.
